I don't really know anything about the artist, Cayetano Ferrer. The second image is from another gallery showing some of the signs from different angles. Digital inkjet prints are exactly wot we do with our bumper stickers—So Bumperactive could do this easy enough around Austin. Just snap a few quick pics, print, paste, don't get caught. Or you could do it and blame us.
I really like this project. It's subversive, but cheerier than "Empty And Lost", Ferrer's other sign project where s/he makes signs completely blank:
