"That's not a mullet... That's a space station!"
Before you sue: Mullet Over

Chicago's Red Streak Magazine reports America's second largest brewery has filed a copyright suit against the Los Angeles clothing-maker Brandlab Inc. regarding “T-shirts on sale at the Buckle, at Nordstrom and on the Internet that commingle Miller's well-known logo and advertising with a play on the mullet.”
The ironic, over-priced tees sporting the phrases “It's Mullet Time” and “Mullet Low-Life” are being sucked up by posh jet-setters faster than a liposuction tube can sculpt a socialite’s ass.
The lawsuit, which charges federal trademark infringement and unfair competition, also asks that Brandlab, a clothing manufacturer, turn over any profits made from selling the shirts.
Yeah, Miller Man, “Lite”n up…it’s free advertising. Plus, who are you kidding? This is your consumer base. Or, you could actually air that 1999 San Francisco ad....
